The first European network of advisors with organic farming expertise

Skilled and well-connected advisors with organic competences are essential to support the sustainable growth of the organic sector. To address this need, the OrganicAdviceNetwork project is building a strong European network of both experienced and new advisors specialising in organic farming. The project facilitates knowledge exchange and capacity building through a combination of in-person and online activities, including cross-visits, workshops, and e-learning.

In addition, the project strengthens the development of organic advisory services by providing policy recommendations and enhancing connections between advisors and other actors within the AKIS system.

As of November 2025, the OrganicAdviceNetwork network had brought together more than 3,330 participants from 121 countries, with 41% consisting of farm advisors, newcomers, and students interested in organic advisory services.
